Welcome to Orca, a Northbound House product. By accessing or using runorca.co, the Orca Console, the guest sites and portals Orca hosts for the organizations that use it, or the Orca iOS app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Use of Our Sites and Orca
You may use our websites and Orca for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use our sites or Orca in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our sites, Orca, or our systems
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our sites or Orca
Organizations and Accounts
Organizations use Orca under a separate agreement with Northbound House, and that agreement governs their subscription. If you have a staff account, you're responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account, and your organization decides your role and access.
If you're a guest or member, your access to an organization's site or portal is provided by that organization, which is responsible for the information and content it publishes there. Please keep your confirmation number private, since it's how you sign in.
Intellectual Property
All content on our sites and in Orca, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Northbound House or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Content an organization adds to Orca, such as its records, documents, logos, and announcements, remains that organization's.
Third-Party Links
Our sites and Orca may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of organizations that use Orca and external services. These links are provided for convenience only. Northbound House has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our sites, Orca, and their content are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Northbound House makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on our sites.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northbound House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our sites or services.
Products in Development
Orca is actively being built. Some capabilities described on runorca.co are marked as not yet available, and features and availability are subject to change. Requesting a demo does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of access.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our sites or Orca after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
