Information We Collect
On runorca.co. When you ask to see Orca in action, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organization, industry, and role

We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your browser type, IP address, pages visited, and referring URLs. This comes from standard web server logs, and we use your IP address to limit repeated or automated form submissions.
In Orca. Organizations such as campgrounds, associations, and venues use Orca to run their operations. When they do:
- Staff accounts hold a name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash), along with the organizations the person belongs to and their role in each.
- Customer records that an organization enters or imports, such as reservations, contact details, and notes, belong to that organization.
- Guests sign in to an organization's portal with their confirmation number and last name. Guests can choose to add profile details, such as a photo, home town, household members, pets, vehicles, and an emergency contact, and can RSVP to events and leave notes for the front desk.
- Notifications. If you allow notifications in your browser or the Orca iOS app, we store a device token so we can send you announcements and event updates from the organization you're staying with.
- Activity records. We keep a record of sign-in attempts and of changes made to records, so organizations can protect accounts and see who changed what and when.

Information Organizations Put in Orca
When an organization uses Orca, the information it keeps about its own customers, members, and guests belongs to that organization. We process it on the organization's behalf and only to provide Orca to them. If you're a guest or member of an organization that uses Orca, please contact that organization about your information; we'll help them respond to your request.

Data Retention
We retain demo requests only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and follow up about Orca, or as required by law. We keep information in Orca for as long as the organization it belongs to uses Orca, and delete it when they stop, as agreed with them. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address below. For information an organization keeps about you in Orca, we'll work with that organization to respond.
