Orca is a Northbound House (opens in a new tab) product. We work closely with each organization we bring on, setting Orca up around their records and terms and staying close through the first weeks of real operation.
We work with campgrounds and RV resorts, associations and membership organizations, and nightclubs and lounges of any size today, and take on other operationally complex organizations where the platform fits.

Why we're called Orca.
The name isn't a stretch. A few things about orcas explain why it fit.
Capable, not just big
Orcas aren't the largest animal in the ocean, but they're among the most capable — through intelligence, not size. Orca is built the same way: for organizations that don't have enterprise budgets or headcounts, but shouldn't have to run on less capable software because of it.
A pod, not a lone hunter
Orcas coordinate in tight family groups, each member playing a role in a shared plan, rather than every hunt being solo. Orca doesn't try to replace every tool your team relies on — it's the coordination layer that keeps a pod of specialist systems working from the same plan.
